Josh Lim answers your Google search queries…
Sharing January 28th, 2009
Hello. Over the course of the past 22 days that this blog has been up, I have received quite a few interesting search queries that led people here. Aside from the many ‘armin van buuren zouk‘ queries (incidentally, of which I am #1, hahaha!), there have been quite a few more. I will answer them, and perhaps, I hope you find what you are looking for… (search terms are in blue, my response is directly below)
here we go, people searching for love…
Google (Ireland): ‘if he wants you he’ll come after you’.
Generally that is true, but honey, I’m sorry, it doesn’t really work that way all the time. And I’m not sure how it goes over there in Ireland, because, did you know, in Korea, the girls buy chocolates for the guys on ‘White Day?‘. Make it easy for him, go find him in the local pub while he’s having a pint of Guinness. Have one (or 7) yourself too, it’ll make things easier. But seriously, only the very shyest of guys would make no move at all. Just make sure you have your eye open for the signs that he likes you, and pay attention to the little details in communication.
Google: ‘why do guys keep you around’.
I think I’ve answered it in this post, He’s Not That Into You (But He’ll Like To Keep You Around Lah).
Google: ‘why do men suddenly change their minds’.
I like to narrow down the possibilities for you to a few H’s - hungry, horny, happy, or homosexual (and just realized it). Hope it helps!
Google (Australia): “he like you but keeps making fun of you“.
G’day mate! Have you learnt nothing at all from your days at high school, where this behaviour manifests itself most obviously? I think it’s quite obvious that some guys can’t bring themself to actually admit they like the girl, or say nice things about her, so they choose to give the girl negative attention in the form of teasing. Which says a lot about the maturity of the guy, and brings to mind the question: Should you bother with him, or just throw him to the dingos?
searching for lovely ladies?
Google (Malaysia): ‘lesbian group facebook’.
Although this site is result #20 for the search, I don’t think you’ll find it here. Though, I suggest the Elite Lesbian Club Facebook Group (yes, that’s the actual name of the group, and with only 76 members, they are keeping it pretty l33t).
searching for hot Advertlets bloggers on Google and ending up here? go visit their blogs direct lah (arranged from youngest to oldest, haha!)
Google (Malaysia):‘ loo jia shin’
Why are you looking here? This is where you can find Loo Jia Shin’s blog. Jia Shin complains that some people can’t roll their tongue to say JIA SHINNN, so they call her Jessie.
I find it annoying that some people can’t pronounce JOSH and pronounce it as GEORGE. Anyway, Loo Jia Shin is hotter than you could ever be at only 17 years old! Okay la, I know you’re 18 this year….
Google (Malaysia): ‘natalie fong jean‘
Go find Natalie Fong at her blog. Natalie is starting uni soon, and I am pleased to announced that she has finally gained some weight (in a good way la). Thanks to her ’sohby’ who has been making her eat. Now not so skinny already. Next time we meet for mamak, will make sure you continue to eat more, k?
Google (Malaysia): ‘model amanda choe’.
Congratulations, Miss Amanda Choe! Now you’re famous as both a blogger and a model
Incidentally, I believe she is probably one of the first girls to appear in both Clive and FHM in the same month. Here’s a video of Amanda Choe in a ‘geisha with katana’ photoshoot from Clive Magazine.
…okay, still reading right? Right? Anyway…
here’s a few more…Josh Lim related ones:
Google (Malaysia): ‘josh lim blog’.
Congratulations, you found exactly what you were looking for!
Google (Malaysia): ‘josh lim adventure’
It takes on quite a different meaning without the ’s’ at the end, denoting plural. Like an Amazon adventure, a wilderness adventure. A Josh Lim Adventure. Hmm…contact me personally, and I’ll set up your very own Josh Lim Adventure for you! Hint: it involves lots of alcohol, and clubbing in an urban setting…
Google (Malaysia): ‘how josh lim & associates (jl&a) begin’
Well, it all started back in school, when a friend first taught me what HTML was. After Form 5 I started working, and then after freelancing and contracting in various companies, I decided to start my own. I’ll probably write more about this someday.
Google: ’summary life josh lim’
I’m not sure why you would be interested in a summary of my life, but anyway, mostly only the past 8 years have been really interesting. More so the past 2, with Advertlets and all. Then again, there are all the crazy relationships, and the wild parties I’ve been through. Maybe I’ll write this someday…in the meantime: blog readers, feel free to drop a note to tell me what you’ll like to know.
That’s it for now. Tune in next time, for another edition of Josh Lim Answers Your Google Search Queries!
