I have found that one can relieve headaches by applying a bit of pressure on your scalp.

The best way to do it seems to be to bend your index finger or your thumb, and then to use the middle joint of that finger to apply pressure.

The best place to apply pressure seem to be the part just 1 inch above the ears. Other places that work are:

- two inches from above your ears, nearer to your hairline
- middle of the left /right sides of your head, approximately 2-3 inches from your hairline from the front.

Be firm with the pressure, and don’t move around, but not too hard. About the same amount of pressure you would use to squash a green pea, for instance.

Alternatively, you can use your index fingers as well. This works best for if you press both left and right sides of your head at the same time. Let me know if this works for you.

Try do it for a while, for maybe a minute. Better?

If you have a migraine, (or a headache that lasts longer than 2 days) you better go see a doctor :)
